How do I report a maintenance issue/request, complaint or concern to our community management company?

  • Inquiries, questions, concerns, complaints, maintenance requests, etc.  should go through FSR (First Service Residential) RSS system using the online form, please click on following link:  FSR RSS reporting system.  For After Hour Emergencies call (952) 277-2700. This is answered 24/7, locally during normal business and nationally after hours.  A link to the on line form is also listed on the home page.
  • Per the Lakeside Association Boards the RSS system is the only official way to report issues/concerns, please do not call board members directly.  The various Association Boards will regularly review all communications submitted via the RSS so it can monitor activity, address issues and make well informed decisions.  This also provides a documented paper trail which benefits all involved.
